If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines to help us process your request quickly and efficiently.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Return Window – Holosun products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Any missing items may affect the eligibility for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Items & Warranty Claims

  • If your Holosun optic is defective, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under warranty. Before returning, please contact us to troubleshoot the issue and confirm the defect.
  • Zeroing Issues – Before assuming your optic is faulty, ensure that:
    • The optic is securely mounted and properly torqued to the firearm.
    • The firearm and ammunition accuracy have been confirmed with another optic.
    • Windage and elevation adjustments are being made properly and within the optic’s adjustment range.
    • There are no external factors (e.g., loose mounts, user error, or mechanical issues with the firearm) affecting accuracy.
  • Battery & Power Issues – If your Holosun optic is experiencing power-related issues, please try the following troubleshooting steps before initiating a return:
    • Replace the battery – Even new batteries can sometimes be faulty. Use a fresh, high-quality battery of the correct type.
    • Check battery installation – Ensure the battery is inserted in the correct orientation and that the compartment is properly closed.
    • Test different brightness settings – Some settings (such as auto mode or solar-only mode) may behave differently based on ambient light conditions.
    • Look for signs of battery corrosion – If there is any corrosion or debris in the battery compartment, gently clean it before reinserting a fresh battery.
  • If the issue persists, we’re happy to assist with troubleshooting or processing a warranty return if necessary.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization – If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Processing Time – Returns and warranty claims are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
