Holosun Commercial Warranty Information

Holosun products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, provided that the product is purchased through an authorized dealer. This warranty specifically applies to the metal structure, optical system, and illumination system.

  • The metal structure/housing and optical system (glass) are covered for the lifetime of the product under normal personal use.
  • The illumination system (LED) is warranted for 10 years from the manufacture date under normal personal use.
  • If a defect is confirmed under this warranty, Holosun will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with a similar model of equal or greater value.
  • If the original model is no longer in production, Holosun reserves the right to provide a substitute product.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear of components such as knobs, finish, etc.
  • Modifications, including aftermarket finishes, unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance, or damage due to natural events.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the product’s design or function.

The warranty is void if any modifications or maintenance are performed by an unauthorized party.

For any warranty claim, please contact the authorized dealer from which the Holosun product was purchased.

Products sold by non-authorized dealers will not be covered under the Holosun Limited Lifetime Warranty. Customers are advised to purchase only from authorized retailers to ensure authenticity and warranty coverage.

Professional Warranty Information

Holosun differentiates between commercial and professional-use models. Professional-use models are designated by an LEM suffix in the model number.

  • Commercial models used in professional settings will void the warranty.
  • Professional models include a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified by contract terms.
  • International professional-use warranties are subject to contract-specific conditions.

DRS-NV and DRS-TH Warranty Information

Holosun DRS models include a limited lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship for the original purchaser. The scope of this warranty is as follows:

  • The housing and optical systems are covered for the lifetime of the product.
  • Electronic components are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Holosun, at its discretion, will repair or replace defective products under normal use at no charge.
  • Holosun is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages related to product use.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been misused, modified, neglected, or disassembled prior to return.
